Barnes & Noble, 555 Fifth Avenue New York, NY 10017, When: March 5 at 4:00 PM, 500 wristbands for entry will be available at 6 AM on the day of the event.

From Leila: I went to 104.7 Kiss Fm studio today in Phoenix, Arizona. After she was done with the interview with 104.7, there were only about 20-30 people outside the studio and they told us Miley was going to sign autographs. So we all got in line, sat there for about 20 min, then we're told that Miley snuck out the back exit. We were all sitting outside the studio for 5-6 hours and she ends up just leaving and avoiding the autograph signing.
